We hope that you fall in love with your Pfeka. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply send the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt or date of delivery (whichever is applicable) for an exchange, amend or store credit.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings/pierced jewelry.

Please email us prior to sending back any purchases explaining the reason for their exchange within 14 days of date of sale.

Please note the below

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Returned items should not be visibly worn, visibly worn items will be returned to the customer
  • There are no returns or exchanges on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged and proven to be so from purchase.
  • If you requested custom alterations to your piece, it can not be returned.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If you are approved, the amend, exchange or store credit will be executed within 14 days from approval date.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and Pfeka is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, please ensure you allow adequate time for any return

Please note that PFEKA is not responsible for the occasional minor imperfections in the fabric itself (e.g. ink stains, holes, rips etc.) that may be caused by the manufacturer.
