HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Submit your request for an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your PFEKA order. Complete the form below; print & send this form with your returned package.

Except for earrings & pierced jewelry, all items can be exchanged for store credit or products of a similar value (if the original item is no longer available).

 

All items must be in their original packaging in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Returned items that are visibly worn will be returned to the customer.
Custom made items are non-returnable. No exchanges or refunds will be granted.
 

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email and notify you if your refund has been approved. Your exchange will be processed and/or a store credit will automatically be applied to your PFEKA account.

 

All returns must be postmarked within the 14 day return period. PFEKA is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process.
